The KADC Annual Conference Exhibitor Showcase is limited to 13 exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Each booth includes one 6' table located in the break area & 2 booth attendees. Exhibitors are invited to all Conference food functions. Please add your 2nd booth personnel as a guest. Any additional personnel are $100 each, please email info@kadc.org.

The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza is offering a special KADC group rate of $195 per night. Rooms are available at the group rate through Thursday, November 12, 2026, or until the block fills.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. CST on November 25, 2026 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. This policy applies to conference registration and is separate from the hotel’s cancellation policy.
